Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp Sunshine Low GI Sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

Method

  1. Mix yogurt, Sunshine Low GI Sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with berries, nuts, and chocolate chips for extra crunch.
  4. Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy a naturally sweet, refreshing snack
