Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tbsp Sunshine Low GI Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Method
- Mix yogurt, Sunshine Low GI Sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with berries, nuts, and chocolate chips for extra crunch.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy a naturally sweet, refreshing snack
