Ingredients
- 1 whole leg ham, scored
- 1/4 cup Low GI sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Cloves (optional, for studding)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- In a bowl, mix Low GI sugar, honey, mustard, and vinegar
- Brush glaze over the ham, stud with cloves if desired
- Bake for 1–1.5 hours, basting every 20 minutes until caramelised and golden.
