Ingredients

  • 1 Ham Leg (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cloves (whole dried)
  • 1 orange (juiced and zested)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160C
  2. Combine grated orange zest, orange juice, mustard, sugar and cinnamon
  3. Remove skin from ham and score fat in a diamond shape
  4. Press a clove into the centre of each diamond shape
  5. Spread glaze over ham
  6. Bake for up to 2 hours, basting the ham every 20 minutes
